Designed and independently built a full-stack ticketing and inventory management platform using React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL, featuring ticket lifecycle tracking, customer and inventory management, role-based access control, and analytics dashboards; automated Excel import/export and email-based customer feedback workflows, and containerized the application with Docker. Built a RAG-based chatbot with a FastAPI backend and React frontend, using Groq-hosted LLMs and web crawler-driven document ingestion for domain-specific Q&A; migrated the vector store from ChromaDB to Pinecone and deployed on Railway. Built and deployed 2 production Next.js websites (cygnussolutions.co.in, cygnusanalytics.ai) with Strapi CMS, managing 20+ dynamic pages and enterprise case studies — reducing content update turnaround for the marketing team by ~70%. Built a Puppeteer automation pipeline that digitised 500+ Sanskrit manuscript pages across 4 Indic scripts, cutting per-batch extraction time from ~3 hours to under 15 minutes. Developed a real-time Devanagari text extraction tool supporting 3 OCR output formats with regex-based Unicode filtering, reducing text cleaning time by ~90% versus manual correction.

Full-stack turf reservation system with Next.js 15 App Router and 3-role RBAC (User / Turf Admin / Super Admin) enforced at the middleware edge via httpOnly JWT cookies and a Prisma/PostgreSQL backend. Implemented Server Actions for all mutations, drag-reorderable TanStack Table, Recharts analytics dashboard, Framer Motion carousel, and Razorpay payment + refund — deployed on Vercel and Railway.
